Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated before check out. If you shop from outside Denmark, please get in touch and I will calculate the shipping costs for you based on the weight of the product.

In case you shop outside EU, there might be tax or customs charges on some items. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

In case you would like to pick up your order in my shop 'Contemporaty Art Kerteminde' at Langegade 2b, please choose the PICKUP option at the checkout. You can also pay at the shop once your order is ready. 

Returns and Exchanges

Cancelations

You may cancel your order at any point, considering it has not already been shipped. Please, contact me as soon as possible, using  your name and the order number.

Returns & Refunds

In case you change your mind regarding your purchase you have 14 days to do so. To complete the return, please contact me on my email info@cosytimesceramics.dk

You can either send the item back via post directly to my shop 'Contemporary Art Kerteminde, Langegade 2b, 5300 Kerteminde, Denmark (please make sure it will not get damaged during the shipping) or you can return the item in person. Once I will receive the returns I will make a  refund to your bank account exluding the shipping costs.
